Guest guest Posted February 9, 2012 Report Share Posted February 9, 2012 Hi, This online system of an exam booking is so FRUSTRATING. its as if we are participating for 'who wants to be a millionaire's' fastest finger first!!! i had a similar problem... i was logged on to the comp since a long time, and as soon as the booking opened up, the credit card acceptance page would not go further. phone lines to the GDC were engaged. It felt as i was felt in the middle of a storm! how can the epay website not be prepared to recieve atleaast 800-900 booking requests when they are aware of the number of people awaiting the exam? The dgc have said to send them an email and gave me an email address information@... they have urged me to write and complain. i came accross another email id in some previous chat threads. thus people willing to write in their 'frustrating experience of ore booking' should send the email to both the addresses. the more the number of emails- more the impact! they should use this method of booking for their UK based exams in Schools and Univ appications too.
