Dear keerthi ,

it sounds scary hairy question to me so couldn't help not to try my luck and jump into the choices given and choose one .now the 1-crown is clearly short .2the tooth is broken. the 3rd-occlusion is heavy .so the first one omits the B,the 2nd & 3rd one omits E. about D its invasive so it would not be the first line treatment .That will leave us with A and C .in my opinion C is the answer because inlay /onlay are less likely to be used in modern dentistry and the tooth any way is broken but again C only true if the increase in vertical dimension will not make the open bite goes worse if it would so the answer is A .but definitely we will need a second opinion
