Adress pt concerns (diagnosis & management) 30 yrs accountant got grade 1 mobility in his front teeth and pocketing of 6s and bpe 4 in all sextant he got good O.H and little of subgingival plaqe ,non smoker ,fit and well.brush once aday 2. Address pt concerns(management) 50 lady got loose upper denture (third) she needs new one with same appearance of her existing one, she needs to know more abt dental implants, she fit and well 3.biopsy results of pt wearing full upper and lower C.D for 5 years ,pt happy abt his denture but he got ulcer on his left cheek and its not very sore he worried it might got something sinister Biopsy said its acanthosis and keratosis with mild lymphocytic infiltration and no dysplesia .pt taking enalapril .(explain biopsy result and assure pt) 4.dental history of irreversible pulpitis of 36 5.pain history of ophthus ulceration ,50 lady got it for first time she gave up smoking a year ago and she taking steroid for hip fracture. 6.radiographic interpretation for heavy restorations with failed bridge and periodontitis, sharp edges ,broken teeth (tough one) 7. pic of upper front teeth of 2 years old child got enamel loss ,she hasn't got any pain or sensitivity, her mum concerns as she give s her sweets(once a wk) and she brushes once aday ,no family history of enamel loss (AE) no child illness or mum births problem(quite confusing)!!!!! 8. 8 years old boy got wrong exo of his upper 2s instead of Bs as the teeth been exofoliated earlier than the appointmet ?? 9.x ray of upper 1 got post crown and void in rct , interdentally sever bone loss vertically, the crown is loss. Pt got fair O.H but she got trauma on this tooth ages ago (management) 10. phobias pt 60 years old need immediate C.D for upper and lower , he needs options to calm his anxiety for extraxtions of remaining teeth as he got very bad experience when he was a child from dentist ,he is hypertensive.
