Guest guest Posted February 13, 2012 Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 Hi ShirinI sent email to GDC asking how comprehensive notes should be,because we have the same amount of time as previously,but notes are going to be marked.Do we need to write everything very clear without short phrases,what they age going assess in this notes?We need to ask them,because we do not know,there is no clear guidance abt it.About DTP I believe it should be a professional language,and diagnosis not simply Denture thrush..probably Chronic Atrophic stomatitis secondary to poor oral hygiene..I guess.Moreover,I asked them about drawing in the dtp plan(when I did it for mfds that was very helpful and contributing to passing.Still waiting from them to reply.
