question regard treatment planning

hi guysi have problems with case number 2 of clinical problem solving in dentistry (odell)i will be so grateful if anyone clarify these point for me 1) how much explanation regarding differential diagnosis i should give to pt?in fact how can i explain this case to pt?or i shouldnt give any explanation and just tell i suspect of lesion and for further investigation i refer u to maxiofacial doctor????2)should refer be urgent or because its is benign it is not urgent???3)should i ask for different radiograph in different angle (in investigation
