Guest guest Posted February 3, 2012 Report Share Posted February 3, 2012 I would say Speckled leukoplakia /ErythroLeukoplakia shows the most potential to malignant transformation.Erythroplakia is supposed to be carcinoma in situ or frank carcinoma anyway.The question was about tendency to become malignant.Reference pink book pg 414 Correct me if im wrong.
