Guest guest
regarding mast cell stabilisers, cromone medications are used basically against allergic reactions.they block ca channels by which histamine cant fuse to cell membrane and degranulate.therefore prevents histamine realase.mast cells basically have a role in anaphylaxis and allergy and rich in histamine.so by inhibiting histamine we are inhibiting mast cells.though they have role in wound healing.if anyone wd more info....pls help.
