Hi everyone.

How is everyone doing?I'm still in a flare up but the pain has not been

too too bad,my legs are what hurt the most.I was wondering if anyone

else with crohns has extremely bad heartburn .i am on

prilosec,Atenolol,prednisone,vioxx,fioricet,st johns

wort.,temazepam,detrol,and prevacid...would any of these cause such bad

heart burn?thanks lisa

prednisone and fioricet could and do in many people - not sure about

vioxx - it is a posibility. Atenelol -no; prevacid -that's what it

treats; I think the culprit i mostlikely the prednione or fioricet - do

you take them together? And when you do take them do you eat or drink ome

mile?

Jut some ideas...and sure sarah - I remeber you - I left the crohns list

- had to reduce the number I wa on

no i dont take them together i take them in the morning except for the

foiorcet which i take at bedtime i forget to add i also take 160mg of

phenobarbital at bed time .my heartburn is worst after noon...today it

is real bad.today...did you get my other emails?i asked how you were

doing and about your eye.I am very concerned about them...thinking and

praying for you...lisa

Hi ...Are you feeling any better? Yes some of them may cause heartburn...if

you cant avoid taking them try to eat more foods that are high in alkaline...i

have a list if you or anyone else would like it.
