Hi all,

The answers would be,

1. probe

2.straight probe

3.transillumination

4.dry tooth surface and straight probe

5.bite wing

Explanation would be because proximal caries can be identified by curved probe due to easy accessibility, straight probe for occlusal caries as it is direct access, for dentinal caries which does not show any surface lesion is by transillumination which shows its opacity and stained fissures or active caries is by confirmed by drying the surface of the tooth n also by probing with a straight probe and only when all these turn negative n thr is an hidden occlud caries we take a bitewing.

Hope this helps
