Ore part 1 how many questions ?

Hi Could you please help me about the number of questions in each paper of ore part 1? Are the number of questions of each topic be the same every year? Which type of questions? Do we have short answer questions? Could we answer by guess? I mean is there any negative point for the wrong answers? What is the pass score? I mean how many questions do we need to answer to pass the exam ? All the topics have the same score?! I know these are many questions. I do appreciate your kind answers.
