Effective dose for radiographs

There are two tables given for effective dose in radiographs. One's in churchill

pg 38 and the other one is in Masters dentistry pg 252.

The values are different in both these tables but as far as I can tell they are

both given in micro sieverts.

Would appreciate it if someone could let me know which table to follow.
