Guest guest Posted March 9, 2012 Report Share Posted March 9, 2012 class v cavities are not weight bearing areas and plain GIC also adhere by chemical bonding so i was wondering why we need a resin modified GIC there, but as you mentioned its fracture toughness is better and it adheres far better than conventional GIC , so yes i think we will prefer resin modified GIC for class v too.Thanks Kanika.
