emphysema is a feature of lefort 2 n orbital fracture both as in both fracture of orbital floor takes place...so it depends on options.plz any gudance is appreciated..plus is meningitis feature of lefort 2 or not.???..meningitis is definatly seen in lefort 3 but not sure abt lefort 2

YES it is a lung condition also but theres a condition called orbital emphysema.EMPHYSEMA is basically a swelling caused by accumulation of  air in the tissue spaces. 

IN LUNGS--permanent dilation of the respiratory alveoli

ORBITAL EMPHYSEMA may occur after trauma to the head which permits escape of air from the paranasal sinuses; appears as swelling with crepitus under the conjunctiva or periocular skin.
