1. A 23 year old male presents to your surgery. He lost his upper lateral incisors some 10 years ago in a swimming pool accident. Since then he has been wearing a `spoon' denture which he now feels in aesthetically unacceptable. He has sought an opinion on dental implants but has been told that he would need bone grafting for this to be successful and he is not prepared to undergo this.
