Hi ebtisam,These questions hardly make sense without options, but since i came across them in feedbacks as well, so thats how i dealt with them:1. BPE 4 - OHI, SRP and refer to specialist2. Localized chronic periodontitis3. BPE3, OHI, SRP From: ebtessamhamalawy@...Date: Sun, 11 Mar 2012 04:45:05 +0000Subject: perio

HI PEARL AND SIDRAH THANKS FOR YOUR HELPCould you please futther explain when to say its localized and when is it generalized. Is there a specific number as in aggresive periodontitis cases?????? thanks again From: Sidrah Tul Muntaha <sidrah26@...> Sent: Sunday, 11 March 2012, 10:48 Subject: RE: perio

Hi pearl,Yes you're right, because they have not given the number of teeth, so assuming all molars and premolars are involved, it should be generalized periodontitis. Thanks for pointing it out. From: pearltooth32@...Date: Sun, 11 Mar 2012 09:34:17 +0000Subject: Re: perio

Ideal rake angle for universal curettage subgingivae is -20Rake angle achieved by universal curette in subgingival curettage is 0If leading edge is ahead of prependicular(acute angle),rake angle would be negative and if behind(obtuse) rake angle is 0.Hope that helps...
