New guidelines cases

Hi,

I had been asked by someone to upload the cases we are discussing in the files

section for easy reference and retrieval. I have uploaded the first case. Thanks

to all who contributed and discussed the case. Will be putting up another case

for discussion soon.. Also, it would be nice if we could upload some radiographs

in the photos section for discussion on the 'radiographic report' component of

the exam.. Please do upload any radiographs that you may have..
