Hi there , just few questions: 1.What is the best antibiotic to deal with anaerobic infection in patients on Warfarin? as the Mitronidazole is contraindicated. 2.Is there any other strong analgesic exept (codiene) and (paracetamol) for the patients on warfarin?as the Diclophenac sodium (NSAID)is contraindicated.
