I agree, that post was confusing. But, yes, I am still

breastfeeding. The info on bfing and fitness is scarce, that's for

sure. I too, thought that BF% had to be higher while nursing.

You'll drop that body fat in no time, but do be patient also. If

you find you're too hungry or that your baby isn't gaining weight,

then I'd suggest increasing your cals.

I'm always here to share my journey, so ask away (not that I'm an

expert by any means).
