Guest guest
yes left abducent and/or right occulomotor.. if there is no other abnormality then left abducent alone.. but if there is any other gaze abnormality on the right side then right occulomotor could be the reason.. Guest guest
To be able to see on any side, both the eyes should work together.. So if u want to see to ur left, u need the left eye to look laterally and the right eye to look medially.. Hence the involvement of right occulomotor.. But if there is no other problem in the right eye's gaze, because occulomotor is responsible for all eye movements except those by LR and SO. So in that case only left abducent will be defective.. Hope this helps.. Please correct if I am wrong..
