HHii, its not clear. what different between risk & disadvantage. is the format

different rcs course ; emergency, primary, secondary & maintenance phases??!!.

I'm taking it this month, I want advice..

hiDo we have to write in every single sheet Pt data???It takes time...5 sheets there...11 minutes...justification for the special investigations and dif diagnosis...in 11 mins,how to make that?? Hi Lyudmyla,

No we won't have to write it on all the sheets.. The guidelines say that these

forms will b pre-filled with the patient's demographic details... So we'll only

have to write our diagnosis or treatment plan etc.. :)
