Guest guest
Hi : I have had thyroid problems since I was 22 - diagnosed with Graves disease, an autoimmune disorder that produces antibodies that overstimulate the thyroid. I was treated with radioactive iodine which left me with an underactive thyroid and now take replacement hormone - synthroid, a synthetic form of thyroid hormone. My internist takes care of checking my thyroid levels each year and writing prescriptions. I was diagnosed initially by an endocrinologist - referred by my family doctor. It is not a big deal - has almost zero impact on my life - I just take a pill each morning. Now if I didn't take the pill, my brain wouldn't function well, I'd feel cold, my skin would be dry etc. - not a good scenario. It seems though that a disproportionate number of parents of children with autism have autoimmune disorders. Regards, Trish > > > In a message dated 3/29/2006 11:34:49 A.M. Guest guest
the answer is A From: Sidrah Tul Muntaha <sidrah26@...> Sent: Wednesday, 14 March 2012 9:52 PM Subject: RE: ENDO Hi ebtissam,I read it in the pink book that patients undergoing single visit RCT are significantly more likely to have swelling and take painkillers. And according to churchill one of the indication of single visit is irreversible pulpitis. So based on the above info option A and B if done in single visit will most probably have a painful outcome. And since C is already painless and irreversibly inflamed, so i think single/multiple visit will have same outcome for that. As far as option D is concerned, i think draining sinus would be too complicated for a single visit. But thats just my opinion so i may be wrong.p.s. Single visit is contraindicated in a painless and necrotic pulp with periapical radiolucency.
