Guest guest
Dear Vicki, I know that stress also affects Herpes, as it does Stills... However there are wonderful medications out there now to help with that problem. Definitely see your doctor about them. Hope the MTX kicks in soon~ Kind Regards, Pat ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com
Guest guest
Hi Vicki! So sorry you are having so many difficulties all at once...that seems to be the nature of this " beast " .....I cannot comment on the herpes...never have had them....however, when I was on MTX, (for only about 3 months) I had worts appear several areas on my body--mainly upper and lower extremities....I believe herpes and worts have a viral causality....as for the weak and breathless...here, be very careful....MTX caused a very rare side-effect for me called Lung Fibrosis....it dramatically decreased my lung functions....I am not diagnosing you....only relating what happened to me and what can happen...I would defintely see my doc! I wish you the best and will pray for you as always! Hope you do have a wonderful day! Larry B. Herpes Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone of the group have any experience with herpes. I have a big one now close to my upper lip. I have herpes once or two times every month from May or June this year covering different areas around my lips. I haven't had so many herpeses till now! May be 2 or 3 times during all my life till this year! Oh, and another thing. This Saturday will be the week 4 of taking Mtx. ALL this week I have fevers every day and a very slight temperature. I feel weak and breathless. These symptoms were gone till Monday previous two weeks. Is it side effects of Mtx or no? Or may be I should see a doctor?! By the way, today I have received only 1 message and wonder if it is ok or there is a problem. Have a good day to all of you, friends! Guest guest
Hi Viki, I used to have lots of fever blisters (herpes). I started using Denavir for it and they have gradually stopped. Haven't had one in a while. </HTML>

Guest guest
i reckon its Ciprofloxacin...as it is effective against staphlococci in superinfection and bactericidal too.. Metronidazole can lead to steven johnson syndrome...especially alongwith Mebendazole...so its not indicated in superinfection with herpes virus correcct me if em wrong thanks cefuroxime From: Balsam_Majid <balsam_majid@...> Sent: Tuesday, 13 March 2012, 14:15Subject: Herpes Ore question What's the antibiotic used to manage super infected herpetic lip lesion?CiprofloxacinMetronidazole CefuroximeThanksSent from my iPad
