Guest guest
, I was thinking about this some more - during a show I don't have time to properly chew my food (I only take 5 minute or less breaks) and I do blend chunks of cooked beef (grass-fed, organic of course :-) into my hot green soups. (my hot green soup is basically my tortilla soup without the cheese, corn, or black beans and in their place a LARGE hand full of kale or spinach or a combo of both as those are the greens I keep on hand when I am demonstrating). Basically, you could liquify ANYTHING - lasagnia smoothie anyone? Hope this his helpful and hope that your TMJ gets better! Any other recommendations besides smoothies and soups, any good blended salad recipes? Any ideas would help. Thanks .

Guest guest
Actually its more got to do with the fact of knowing the difference. The basic radiological assesment of TMJ is carried out via Panoramic. If a hard tissue pathology is suspect than a CT scan is carried out.MRI is more applicable for soft tissues as Ebtessam Elhamalawy mentioned so MRI would only be applicable if soft tissue pathology is to be checked out. MRI is not a good option is hard tissue pathology exists.
