Guest guest Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 Ian,  How do you know it is going to be crap out there, is there no other medic on the site of your new location ?  On occassion it is a bit dodgy thinking the project has been waiting for you to arrive.  If the catering team, which I doubt are 'yours, do not have any training or certificates then I doubt they should be on the catering team.  Why not wait till you get there and perhaps be pleasantly surprised, have a bit of faith old chap, but nonetheles be prepared in case they really have been waiting for your arrival.  P.
