Hi all I have also taken the plunge and moved into QSHE after 16 years as a

Paramedic , ECP and Industrial medic. I have been very luck that the company

that have taken me on looked at past work and life experience rather than certs.

The company is putting me through all the courses that I will need to do my Job

, Cert IV in OHS, BOISET, auditing etc. At 42 I have had enough of ever changing

shifts patterns drunks and smack heads trying to use you as a punch bag. Its the

best move I have ever made

Regards Mike
