Guest guest Posted March 22, 2012 Report Share Posted March 22, 2012 Hi narjanSimply if u are treating patient for example cracked tooth syndrome u will write1- Emergency Treat orthodontic band or copper bandanalgesicavoid biting on that particular sitepulp extirpation if the cracked involve pulp with minimum tooth structure removal remove any high spot 2- Stabilization then complete what have u started with Endo, filling, investigate the cause of the cracked, u can also here remove the high spot ( could be both in emergency & stabilization)3- reconstructionu will do crown, or referral to specialist & any other treatment ( depend on the case) 4- maintenance follow up for the out come of the treatment for that particular problem & any other problems in the mouth then u will writ the advantage & dis advantage of each treatment option u have done.or will do.I do not know in ORE if it is important to name the treatment options in phases or to write it?.I think in exam situation u need to write. Guest guest Posted March 22, 2012 Report Share Posted March 22, 2012 thanks everybody for replying. if we write 4 phases in sheet 7a , in 1,2,3,4 there's no enough space & in sheet 7a shall we continue the table??! i think the 4 phases in sheet 7a, then for treatment option like filling,RCT, dentures we write it in sheet 7a & fill the table??!!
