Guest guest
Pemphigus vulgaris has autoimmune etiology with autoantibodies are directed against the keratinocytes In hailey hailey, there is a GENETIC defect in gene ATP2C1 which results in mutation of the calcium pump. This mutation is similar to the one in darier disease. Here, mutiple relapses and remissions are chracteristic plus heat, friction and infection are contributory. My suggestion would be not to go in ssoo much of detail upto the gene level or so,,,just basic differences..-ashish.Sent on my BlackBerry® from VodafoneFrom: Kanika Kohli <kanika_sahil@...>Sender: Date: Wed, 21 Mar 2012 21:30:05 +0800 (SGT) < >Reply Subject: Re: regarding another mcq can you tell me the difference in both?
