Hi All

Can you tell me what the time limit for record keeping. I have read in pink book

that we should keep for 11yrs and till the age of 25 yrs which ever in longer,

but in churchill it says keep the records till the age of child turn 18 yr not

25 yr so I am confused can any one have a idea about this.

Records should ideally be retained permanently.It is recommended that treatment records radiographs study models and correspondence be kept for minimum of 11yrs after the completion of treatment .
