Guest guest Posted March 29, 2012 Report Share Posted March 29, 2012 Ore q 1- about Nayaar core According to Churchill it's used for core placement in root filled premolar and molar Technique by removing gutta percha to depth of 3-4 mm and place a restorative material into coronal pulp chamber . So what's the difference between it and post and core? 2-best type of post and core 3- when do we use post and core? Is it our first line of treatment before going for crown?
