Often used in conjunction with dentine adhesive cement ( pink book p 625)

Now available as one step luting cement with no etching or bonding???

Does this cement need dentine bonding before it?

Why does a cement need etching,bonding?for eg zn phosphate or polycarboxylate

don't need tooth etching or bonding ?soo confused plsssssss help,thanks
