Guest guest
A cyst at the apex of an upper central incisor measuring 1 cm in diameter is visualised in radiograph and confirmed by aspiration biopsy, which method would you consider I would say E as the answer which is routin orthograde endo rx followed by observation.. But the 1000 answer says making a mucoflap and removing the cyst then endo.. Why would you do that??? Please somebody share some light on this Dr S.S.
