Guest guest Posted April 7, 2012 Report Share Posted April 7, 2012 Picture 2 on master dentistry 2 p82 Could someone pls explain no 2,3 in answers how this look like in X-ray p 82 Thanks Four out of the following could be given: 1The surgery has been performed on a tooth with an incompletely debrided and poorly obturated root canal system. 2The bevel is steep; this resulted in failure to completely resect through the root. 3This has not allowed for inspection for extra canals (e.g. lingual in this case). 4The root apex remains. 5The retrograde preparation and root end filling have not been placed down the long axis of the tooth.
