Guest guest
Hi Sara See a cranial osteopath and see if you need to have your spine adjusted.. trigger point for asthma is from vertebra in line with fastening of a bra.. Adjusting this vertebrae can increase breathing and help reduce asthma symptoms. Tx Has anyone got any asthma tips?My asthma is the worst it's ever been and going downhill fast. Thanks,Sara x

Guest guest
Hi, I've been to the chiro today. He instantly cured it, my chest was as clear as a bell and then it lasted a v. short time and is now worse than ever! I suppose it could be the heating but I think it's allergies. The chiro thinks it's probably an allergy to aspergillus. But I don't know.
