Hi Moka,I would say a pariapical x-ray, and the jusitfication is to assess the pariapical healing to treatment. But if there is no symptoms and/or signs, then there is no justification to expose the patient to x-rays, provided you're RCT is adequately filled with good pre and postoperative periapical radiagraphsI hope I got your question!Best

In endodontics, basic guidelines suggest rdiograph t the stages:

a. preoperative

b. working length estimation

c. master cone position (precondensation)

d. postcondensation

e. At 1 year after treatment completion
