Hi hiba

In scully 6th edition p.52 is written 300 mg = 7 cartridges lidocaine without adrenaline is the max.dose for an AVERAGE ADULT .(IT MEANS 70kg person not 125 kg ),and 500mg =11 cartridges lidoacaine with adrenaline is the max.dose for again an AVERAGE ADULT.

But i do remember that Ebtissam said that the max.dose is regardless of the body weight, which means still 7 and 11 ,if she can provide a reference would be great ,because i couldn't find anything like it.

hope it helps
