1. In the manikin guidelines, it has NOT BEEN MENTIONED WHETHER

CROWN-PREPARATION AND ROOT CANAL exercises are on UPPER / LOWER TEETH.

For all the other exercises, it has been very clearly mentioned it is on

upper teeth. CAN ANYBODY PLEASE CLARIFY? 2. Anybody who KNOWS the EXACT

RESOURCES/references/textbook to use as template/guide to practice

CLASS-1 WITH PALATAL EXTENSION anD COMPOSITE RESTORATION OF A FRACTURED

TOOTH CUSP EXACTLY as GDC wants it? PLEASE help!
