Guest guest
Hi hiba , amox is a broad spectrum penicillin. Its bacteriocidal. Works by intwrfering with bacterial cell wall synthesis. If clavulanic acid is added- its called co- amoxiclav , which is active against beta lactamase producing bacteria. Regards Sabreena.
