Hi 1- It depends on the type of your visa. (better to CALL and ask uk border agency ) I know that if you are on toursit (visit) visa ,you have to go back to the home country , for student visas you can apply to extend the visa if you find new course or a job in the UK. 2- I know that visa issue is not a valid reason to get refund but i think you can cancel your booking 5 weeks before the exam without any reason (i'm not sure). Dear all

I will be trying tomorrow to get the place for ORE part 2 in November but my visa(post study) will run out in October 2012.

1. Does any body know if I can apply for the visa while I am here in the UK or I have to go back home and apply from there?

is there any specific visa to come to the uk just for the exam?

2. If I am not able to get the visa will I be eligible to get refund if I give the GDC a notice 5 weeks in advance?
