Guest guest
Hi Connie, I don't have any kids, either, but thought that I might get the Oxygen Zoo DVD for myself!! After all, if there is a more detailed explanation of the LL breathing on it and a better demonstration of it, I could definitely use that!! Also, Rashelle's ad for the Oxygen Zoo says that it is for kids of ALL ages and that it is good for the whole family!!!! Well, all I am is a 55 year old kid, that's all!!! You have heard of the " inner child " , haven't you?????? Thanks so much for your kind welcome to me and for telling me that I have become a very wonderful addition to our LL group. I can't tell you how wonderful that makes me feel!!! I want you to know that our wonderful LL group has also become a very wonderful additon to MY life, so the feelings are mutual!!!!! I wish you a VERY WONDERFUL day, my dear friend. Not only today, but EVERY DAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!! Guest guest
Hi Pat, I got the Oxygen Zoo video to do with my daughter several years ago and we have a blast doing it. The actual breathing is the same but the positions have " animal " names. It is really special and my daughter was convinced for a very long time that Rashelle was talking just to her on the video. Go for it, your inner child will be delighted! Take care, Gaylynn Pat Lusher <patlusher@...> wrote: Hi Connie, I don't have any kids, either, but thought that I might get the Oxygen Zoo DVD for myself!! Guest guest
Hi GayLynn, Thanks a lot. The fact that Rashelle gives all the positions animal names will help me remember how to do them. I will try to get the Oxygen Zoo DVD for my birthday at the end of the month, or if not then, then by next Christmas. I will be sure to give free rein to my inner child. I hope that you and your daughter continue to enjoy the Oxygen Zoo program and that you will both enjoy and benefit from the Life Lift breathing for the rest of your lives!!!!!!! Guest guest
You're welcome, dear. We are all kids at heart and in the deepest core of our being!! It's just that so much of our " adulthood " always gets in the way that we so often lose sight of that fact. Love always, Pat conistar12 wrote: > Good Point Pat. I am a 55 year old " kid " too. Guest guest
Hi Pat and everyone, The OxygenZoo is wonderful. I have had many women write and say that even though they don't have children it is their favorite of all the workouts. The animated animals make me laugh when I am doing the workout so sometimes I just pop it in just to get a good smile while I am working out. OxygenZoo has won some awards for the presentation because it combines a lot of great information to help build healthy habits for a lifetime as well as a lot of positive messages to build self esteem. I love the instructions for the LifeLift breathing on this DVD/Video. The instructions are almost the same as the Original, but they are presented in a way that smaller children can understand. It also addresses a lot of ideas on eating better and it educates on the reasons why oxygen is so important to every living thing, including humans. OxygenZoo addresses the fact that doing LifeLift can helps us feel better so we behave better. It encourages children to invite the family to do LifeLift with them. The workout on it is great. Lots of Dad's have said the elephant position has really helped their gold swing. Several doctors have given rave review because they feel it helps children and adults alike learn to use their bodies in a more efficient OxygenZoo is my favorite workout. The Book is wonderful too. It has coloring book pages, quiz pages, question and answer pages and so much great stuff to help keep the children involved and excited about being healthy for the rest of their lives. One thing to remember about LifeLift is that if you do not have to lose weight you will not lose weight with it, so it is appropriate for everyone, even children of healthy weight or even underweight. The oxygen is there to help your body to function on a better level from the inside out so if your weight needs to be adjusted to get you to the perfect, healthy place then you lose weight. Otherwise the oxygen will just feed all of our cells to keep our immune system strong and our minds functioning better as well as all the other benefits. OxygenZoo kids are usually better behaved because just like it reduces our stress, it reduces a child's stress too. When they feel better they behave better. It can also help them sleep better which of course helps so many areas of their lives. They may function much better in school too. I have had some wonderful reports from parents of OxygenZoo kids and also from Oxygen adults. As you said, Pat. The child in all of us can use a good " lift " and some positive messages, so this is a good healthy way to go. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Oxygen burns fat, tones muscles, reduces stress Be healthier with each breath you take with LifeLift www.oxygenlift.net. Guest guest
Rashelle, Thank you for the kind thoughts, you know that we both adore you! Amber was about 9 years old when I got my first LL video. The first time she saw you on the tape she said, " That lady looks just like a real life Barbie doll " In the world of a 9 year old girl, that is really something! To this day, when she is anxious or feeling stressed, I remind her to do a few of the breaths that Miss Rashelle taught her. It always helps calm her so I am even more thankful we found you. You have been a real blessing to us in too many ways to name and we love you!
