Guest guest
Hello Pat, Yes, dear one. They can easily be done in bed as long as your bed is big enough for you to move around on. I have done them in bed several times and it works great. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Guest guest
Thanks a lot, Rashelle. I do have a rather large bed, and doing the exercises on my bed will be much more comfortable for me. I have trouble getting down on the floor and getting up to standing position again, and, besides, I don't have any carpeting on my wood floors, and being on the floor and moing around on the floor really hurts me because there is no padding under me. I live with my brother, who has a lot of different allergies, so that is why we do not have carpeting on our wood floors. I am so glad that you tell me that the floor exercise will work for me on my bed. Now I will start doing them there. I absolutely love the pretzel exercise. It will be very easy for me to do that one on my bed!!! Thanks a lot for answering my question. I always to to hear from you, either off list or on list. I really appreciate you so much, my sweet, sweet Rashelle, much more than I will ever be able to tell you. Thank you so much for beiing my friend!!!!
