My routine including LL and diet about the same and I too went down just under

200 but mine was 254

Very high in my family tree

Someone was asking about cholesterol . . .

Someone on the list was asking about whether or not LL had helped lower

cholesterol. I had a free cholesterol screening last week at our new community

medical center and I'm happy to report that my cholesterol has gone from 201

several months ago to 154. The only things I've done differently are that I'm

trying to eat mostly whole foods, eating every 3 hours, combining a carb with a

protein at each mini-meal, and doing LL every morning, and most of the time in

the evenings, too.

I know diet is a big part, but I also know that some types of cholesterol are

improved mostly through exercise and LL is the only thing I've done

consistently.

So, I'm posting this hoping to encourage you to develop consistency in your LL

program. It's really made a difference for me!
