hi this is from cawson: od.kerato cyst: some are unilocular and some are multilocular.the multilocular ones may simulate ameloblastomma. ameloblastomma:unicystic or multicystic. od.myxoma:are multilocular and may also have soap bubble appearence. there is a table in churchill on pg 57.tab:4.15. Hi can it not b aneurysmal bone cyst as it forms very expensile soap bubble radiolucencies and predominantly consist of multiple blood filled spaces.ref cawson n odell pg 159 and 187 eighth edition.correct me if im wrong plz.regards ambreen.
