Guest guest Posted June 13, 2012 Report Share Posted June 13, 2012 1.Slash incision needs Horizontal mattress Vertical mattress No suturing....in PB says often needs no closure but what about incision into buccal sulcus? 2.pull through technique in apicectomy? 3.enucleation with a narrow,wide margin and excision difference? 4.palatal rotation flap includes or disclude greater pal artery?
