First line treatment is miconazole ointment or Nystatin topical.

But in resisted cases, systemic fluconazole is the treatment.

I googled. Please correct me if wrong

Nystatin and miconazole are not for resisted cases, as i said.

So fluconazole may be the answer.

normal denture stomatitis if option same then i think nystatin ,what do u think?
