I am located near the Detroit area in Clinton Township. I have one daughter, and 3 stepkids! Welcome aboard!!! I really look forward to getting to hear more about you! The 21 DC's are great. Anything that you want to form a habit with (i.e. tae-bo, drinking water, sucking in abs etc...), you do it for 21 days in a row, and it becomes a habit forming thing, and you are able to continue it. I have done the tae-bo & the water one! I have had great success with both. I now workout every weekday morning (never was a morning person), and I am drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day if not more. I firmly believe in the 21dc's!! I hope this helped! Again, welcome to this group, you will absolutely love it!!

Guest guest
Hi Sheryl, Welcome to our list. You must be a very busy mom. I am mom to Lucas, age 9 and twins Sara Rose, who has Down Syndrome and 5, who does not. We live in Sisters, Oregon. Sara has been fairly healthy, although, we are on a roll since September with reoccuring sinisitis--the dr. we're seeing is a bit concerned (as am I) that antibiotics clear it up only for a matter of days before it is back again...An ENT is considering irrigating her sinuses with an antibiotic solution. We have had Sara on TNI since she was 11 months old. Other than her sinuses, she is doing very well in preschool--saying three-word phrases and understanding all that is said to her. I look forward to getting to know you and your family better--this list is a great source of support. Welcome! I am from Charlottesville, VA. How has taebo worked for you. I would like to hear about your results. Angie >> Angie, How far is Charlottesville from Woodbridge? Thats where we'll be moving around September. Well...my results. I have to say that most of my results have taken shape in mental and emotional well being and lots of toning. When I started Taebo (getting close to a year and half ago). I was already in pretty good shape. It think I probably am at the highest weight I have ever been 146 (at the Doctors office). I have ALOT of muscle though...and now I have even more....on my better days my abs are pretty well defined. The thing I love about Taebo is that exercise is no longer torture. I always loved being active...but I could never find something that could get me going no matter what, until Taebo. I never took exact measurements...but I've gone from a 28 inch waist to a 27 or 26 (on a good day), Bust 39 inches to 38, hips, 40 inches to 38 and I've shed alot of pudge on my arms which were always huge. It took me a long long time to accept the fact that I would never look like a rail and a longer time to realize that I probably don't want to look like a rail. But I'm finally at the point where I can look in the mirror without sinking into a deep deep depression and I'm having even more days where I start to get excited about what I see. I know my diet is really the thing that needs tooling up. I am such a busy person that I often eat for energy when I'm living of three or four hours of sleep. I know I will be able to work on this when I leave my position in the Texas Senate (we aren't allowed to sleep :-) I have to keep my weight down because I have a horrible back and also because all of my extra weight goes to my breasts and I already feel estremely uncomfrotable with them. So I use to make too much of an effort and would starve myself into a size four or two and then just about pass out, then binge eat back to an 8 or ten. I did that so often in high school that I really screwed up my metabolism. I also had what they refer to as exercise anorexia. I would come home from marching band practice (2 hours of somewhat exercise)( walk/jog for an hour and a half) come home eat dinner and then lock myself in my room and work out for at least two hours. If I didnt have a date or plans I would often work out until 2 in the morning. Needless to say I dont do that anymore. Thank you for asking :-)

Guest guest
Dear Jim, To be fair Basil's patent relates more to the waterfall glass tubing that he developed to expose a large area of blood to the ozone in a short period of time. He no longer uses this technique. Basil's problem is that he has never published a scientific paper of his techniques and results which other scientists can confirm or deny. I have sent one of my members of staff to Kenya to collect information about his techniques and one of my patients who had success with Basil's ozone techniques in the Philippines in 1993, went to Kenya last year when his CD4's fell below 100 and had no improvement after 71 hours of treatment. The patient's pathology results were checked with Australian pathology labs. My current clinical impressions are that ozone sauna coupled with advanced Rife type therapy offer the best results with little expense or danger to the patient. Our current results increase CD8's up to 100%, CD4's up to 40% and reduce viral load. See the attachment which shows recent research from Duke University demonstrating that CD8's are the most important cells to promote in HIV. This is a treatment not a cure but it needs to be put into Africa as soon as possible to treat the 30 million people who are getting no treatment at all. We are seeking a wealthy benefactor such as Bill Gates to start the revolution. Regards, Noel. Guest guest
Dear Jim: Thank you for your reply. I want to inform you that I did not write that release, did, as it states at the end. The satanically driven people he was referring to were not people in general, but the Media, the FDA, CIA, Federal, State, Medico's, Gallo, Merck, etc... He had also written a historical paper on Basil outlining the attempts and corruption that Basil had to deal with since the 80's. This can be submitted to the list if you agree. I think for anyone to understand all about Basil you have to lay the cards on the table, as I don't believe anyone in the oxygen/ozone field has been thru what he has, I could be wrong, but after reading Mr. 's paper, I highly doubt it. As far as the rest of what you said, we must understand that we are not talking of only ozone here, we are talking of o4, o6, o8, etc... What the mainstream in my opinion, knows is o2, o3, as far as I know that, yes, has been used by the Germans and others for a long time, what Basil has done is that he has expanded that to make oxygen more active and thereby speed up the process of curing, is that so hard to conceive, that a person made something better. Look, you can believe what you want, Basil has already as of this release been asked how? He is willing to share that information and I will post it when it is ready. What I see here is that people are not willing to open their eyes to a possibility that maybe he's got something here. I'm not saying Basil is the inventor of any base product, all I'm saying is that he has a talent for looking at something and perfecting it. When I talked to him and asked him why he wasn't working with the German's, he told me that they would not believe that he could make o4 and upwards, why is that so hard to believe? If thru history we all made those judgement calls and dismissed technology because we couldn't, wouldn't believe or didn't like the individual, I dare say we would still be nowhere. Jim, I have said this before and I wish to state it again, if in doubt, either come to Kenya and talk to Basil or call him at +254-2-884824, but don't dismiss his theory until you are positive that it works or doesn't. This work if proven will help a tremendous amount of people at a faster rate than anything else I have witnessed, but then you guys are the experts, I only know what I see. I believe that all forms of non-toxic treatment cure or not, need to be put here, and I hope it's quick these people are running out of time. I'm sooo glad you feel this way, Bless you. Guest guest
Hello and welcome, Lori. , the lurker, here. My suggestion is to hold off the business until you've learned about the oils/fo/eo/butters/et al. Buy some books, go to the library(it's a great source). You should be sure that you're soap and toiletry making ability is firmly grounded so that you can answer the questions you'll be asked (this is known from some disastrous personal experiences). I can tell you that my thoughts on making a soap business came to a grinding halt once I found that I'd need a warehouse to hold all the varieties of soaps all at various levels of drying. This is NOT meant to quash your ideas!!!! They were mine as well until I changed them into importing and selling ingredients instead. Peace, Joy and blessings to you and yours. lorimilr@... wrote: > Hi, my name is Lori, and I am new to all of this. Guest guest
Hi Lori, Welcome to the list! This sounds like a message that I posted a few years ago : ) My business is just starting to get off the ground and it is very exciting! I still have a full time job but I hope that someday soon I will be able to cut back my hours, if not quit. My advice to you is, start small. If your main interst is soap, start with soap, or if you prefer candles, start with candles. You will be amazed how each thing you answer makes another question. If you can narrow it down it will make it easier to start up and you'll find it's a lot less expensive. Once your comfortable with a certain prodcut, then add on. There are so many wonderful things to make it's hard to narrow it down, I know! Also, packaging is a huge aspect of it. Try and find something new and cool that will draw people in. So many people buy just because it looks so cute. HTH! ~ PS: This list and the toiletries library are invaluable resources. --- lorimilr@... wrote: > Hi, my name is Lori, and I am new to all of this. Guest guest
Hi to another shadow maker. I'd never thought about it, but used to watch his shadow all the time. It's the main reason that to today he still can't ride a bike, even with training wheels. He's 10 and has a brother who's 13 months. So, welcome, and I have to take to the potty....at least he decided he needed to go.... Loriann
