hi mandy, i am 43 for another month till Oct 3, anyway i am sick of

taking tylonal to just get through the day, anway i had to take some

today as we need to work in our basement it will take about a week of

solid working to get it done so we can get our bedroom moved down

there so i should get to work i am just sitting having my coffee

before i need to start. i am shocked mom is doing ok or putting on a

good frount it is hard cause her and dad were married for 65yrs so it

will be hard for her atleast my brothers live near her and able to

help her out and she has her poodle. she was left everything except

dad thought of me so is sending me 100$ i am shocked they are and the

lawyer told mom he needs a receipt so when i get the registered letter

i have to send back the receipt but the 100$ sure will help us as this

month has been expensive i had to pay for the vet and my computer died

so i went to rent to own and had to get another one, and to get

through the month i got a 500$ loan from pay day so i will have to pay

back 630$. so every extra penny will help. later k

Is there a diet grapefruit soda or soft drink? I'd like to find that there in the U.S.--.

Straight ahead! See my blog at: www.noblindbluff.blogspot.com

hi

i haven't been able to do my weigh in but i have a dress on that was too tight a few weeks ago so i know i am on the right track. but i have been keeping track of my caloric intake and am lucky to get 1000 calories a day, i am eatting more carrots and drinking water, i admit i didn't give up my pop yet i drink 1 cola a day and cut coffee down to 1 but i will inthe after noon have a can of grapefruit diet pop, figured it has 0 calories and gives me no caffeene but i enjoy the drink. just thought i would say hi, things are rough here emotionally the ones we co-rent with lady had to go to Toronto to be with her mom as she is in coma, and on Sept 28'th i lost my dad but unable to say good bye to him due to my illness as i have MS and it is getting worse. come Oct i am going to try to go on a gluten free diet see if that will help get my MS into remission or atleast will help rid me of migraines as it cannot hurt to try for a few months.

Just a word of warning:

The essence of that which is Kombucha, it's soul, if you want to call it,

its inherent efficacy, cannot easily be captured on the micro-biological

Well, I had kind of a good day today....then I got back home....and

the SAME thing happened to make me feel discouraged again. It might

be over a silly thing....and it is something kinda small really---but

the only person it seems to matter to is ME.

LOL,

Good to see a post from you.

Hi

Hi everyone,

I'm sure you are all shocked that I am posting as I have not been too active

for some time now. I have been quite busy with my mom and so have not had

too much time to post.

I do read all your posts though and it sounds like everyone is doing well

with their Lifelift. And we have some new lifters I see. Good luck to all

of you!! I still very much believe in LL and have been doing it for I

think about 7 years now. I have been a little haphazard sometimes but still

continue to do my breathing even if I don't do any of the positons with it.

I have finally (almost) reached my goal this past year. I have 4 lbs to

still lose but am staying firm, so that is good.

Anyway, I don't promise that I will be good at posting but I will try to

show up now and then.

Check the first post for this list, it is mine as I'm the one who started it.

:-) Yep, been " breathin " for a while. Where you on the old " Inhale-Let's-Go "

list? It seems like it, but just don't remember. I know a few of us where on

that list. I hated to see it deleted. But, we now have this list! :-)
