Guest guest
Heeeeeeeeey this is the answer:-)sorry for keeping you for so looong without it( A. Osteonecrosis of the left mandible. B. Long-term use of bisphosphonates to treat hypercalcaemia secondary to metastastic disease. C. Polite introduction. Take a history. Ask about trauma. Take detailed personal past medical history (PMH) regarding breast cancer diagnosis and subsequent management and length of bisphosphonate use. Diagnosis history: examination further investigations – CT scan, inflammatory markers treatment iv antibiotics liaise with oncology team concerning bisphosphonate cessation.Kind regardsNandile From: Nadile Albe <albenadile@...> " " < > Sent: Thursday, 19 July 2012, 14:42 Subject: Re: OSCE pic included sorry guys it does not show,so i will attach a file Kind regardsNandile From: Nadile Albe <albenadile@...> " " < > Sent: Thursday, 19 July 2012, 14:24 Subject: OSCE pic included Hi guysAny idea what is a DS?A 64-year-old patient with a past medical history of metastatic breast cancer presents to your surgery complaining of loose teeth, dental pain and swollen gumsA.
