Congradulations to Mr. Shivanandha Khan

Dear FORUM,

I was overjoyed to hear the news that Mr. Shivanandha Khan (Shiv to those who

know him personally) is awarded the OBE by the British Queen.

This is indeed a fitting reward for Shiv, for his tierless work, his dedication

and committment for the health and development of marginalized communities,

especially the MSM and transgender.

As a colleague, from an NGO (Association for Rural Mass India -ARM), that is

implementing HIV/AIDS intervention among MSM transgender in Chennai and

Villupuram, I feel proud and all of us at ARM send Shiv a hearty Congradulation.
