Connie,

I love your idea of us doing personal challenges in doing our

reflexology dvd. I will commit to doing the Reflexology dvd once a

day for the remainder of this week. Are you with me?

I watched the repeat of Oprah tonight and Dr. Oz began the show with

showing various acupressure points; including the reflexology points

that Rashelle has on her video. Here we've been doing it for years

and the Oprah show is just learning about it!

I am excited Wanda! I will commit to doing the reflexology once a day too! I

always feel so good afterwards. Anybody else? Can do part or all--your

choice. Connie
