Hey Connie,

I have started back doing my Life Lift breathing only

this time I am using the workout videos and not just

the breathing.

It had been a long time since I have viewed them and I

was surprised at how much I had missed and didn't

remember that was on them.

I am unable to do anything on the floor or standing

but it is amazing how much you can accomplish when you

use the stretch band workout sitting in a wheel chair.

I have successfully worked my plan for two days now.

Just so everyone knows...it is NOT a New Year

resolution.

I loved the reflexology workout. I was thinking that

Rashelle only did the feet and was ready to chuck that

one but decided to listen and watch again, boy was I

glad I did. It is just amazing.

I'm not going to focus on # of breaths but doing

different workouts. I never did that before and

thought that it wouldn't make a difference...wrong

again! It is still difficult to pry my eyes open and

get going early in the morning and I usually want a

nap later but it's a new beginning.

I'm with ya Connie EXCEPT I must wait until this stomach virus/cold/fibromyalgia

flare is over. That's okay...I'm getting all the bad stuff out of the way early

in 2008 so the rest of the year will be AWESOME!!

Ahhh...the power of positive thinking...lol.

Connie,

You're so sweet to wait for me. Thank you. I'll hurry! Plan for the

beginning of next week. I'll be ready by then. Having a goal to get better

will motivate me.

Virginia, I am so proud of you!! You are so right the reflexology video has so
